■ About exchanges

□ Cash on delivery payment
After receiving the returned product, we will transfer the amount (item price + shipping fee + consumption tax) minus the COD fee from the payment amount to your account. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the transfer to be processed.
*The cash-on-delivery fees will be deducted from your refund: 440 yen for purchases between 10,000 and 30,000 yen, and 660 yen for purchases between 30,000 and 100,000 yen.
□KOMOJU convenience store payment
Our store will inform KOMOJU of your bank account details, and KOMOJU will then refund you directly.
We will deduct KOMOJU payment fee of 190 yen and KOMOJU refund fee of 1,500 yen from your refund. (Product price + shipping fee + consumption tax - KOMOJU refund fee of 1,500 yen) will be transferred to your account. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the transfer to be processed.
